SBDC Advisory Council

Purpose:
     To emphasize the character and mission of the NMSU-Alamogordo Small Business Development Center.

Methodology:
     To advise, counsel and confer with the Service Center as to operation and direction of services to area businesses; to provide continuing liaison with applicable groups affecting the Service Center.

Objectives:
     Aid the Service Center in fulfilling its obligations to the service area by providing:

Advice to the Director and Staff

Active involvement in the business community advocating the SBDC

Assistance with image marketing through Board Members’ associations with community and state organizations and interaction with state and federal legislators
